AI-ASSISTED VIDEO PRODUCTION
Acceptable Use Policy
Dnarnya Entertainment · Last updated: 5 September 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy explains the permitted and prohibited use of the website and AI-assisted video production services offered by DNARNYA, operating as Dnarnya Entertainment ("we", "us", "our"), at https://www.dnarnyaentertainment.com.
1. Scope of our services
We create commissioned videos and related audiovisual materials using AI tools and creative production. Clients provide a brief and, where relevant, reference materials, and receive the deliverables agreed for their project.
This policy applies to website visitors, prospective clients, clients, and anyone submitting requests or materials on a client's behalf. It covers project briefs, scripts, images, footage, voices, music, other supplied materials, communications, and the use of deliverables obtained through our services.
You must have the legal capacity and authority to commission the services. If you act for a business, organisation, or another person, you must be authorised to do so.
2. Permitted use
Our services may be used for lawful creative, entertainment, educational, personal, and commercial projects, including promotional videos, social media content, fictional stories, and artistic productions, subject to the agreed project scope and usage rights.
Fictional storytelling, fantasy, staged action, and dramatic scenes are permitted when they comply with this policy. Creative context does not permit unlawful content or misuse involving real people.
3. Client materials, permissions, and publication
You must have the rights, licences, consents, and other permissions required to provide your materials and authorise their use in the agreed production process. This includes rights relating to photographs, footage, music, trademarks, characters, personal information, and a person's image, likeness, or voice. We may ask for evidence of those permissions.
Do not provide confidential or personal information unless you are authorised to share it for the agreed project and its production process. Requests to recreate an identifiable person's likeness or voice require the necessary authorisation and a lawful purpose. Use of a child's likeness requires the permissions and safeguards required by law, including parent or guardian permission where applicable.
You must describe your intended use accurately and review deliverables before publication, including factual statements, permissions, and advertising claims. You must comply with applicable AI-content, advertising, and sponsorship disclosure requirements and must not remove or conceal disclosures or provenance information required by law or the agreed project terms. We remain responsible for the legal obligations that apply to our own work.
4. Prohibited and restricted use
You must not request, submit, create, distribute, or use content through our services for:
- Fraud, scams, phishing, fabricated evidence, fake testimonials, false endorsements, or impersonation intended to deceive people about someone's identity, statements, actions, or approval.
- Pornography, sexual exploitation, sexualised depictions of minors, or intimate or sexual representations of an identifiable person without their consent.
- Unlawful threats, harassment, defamation, discriminatory abuse, incitement to hatred or violence, or promotion of terrorism or real-world criminal harm.
- Infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy, image rights, confidentiality, or other legally protected rights.
- Unlawful goods or services, money laundering, misleading regulated claims, or other illegal activity.
- Deceptive political content, voter suppression, or unlawful interference with elections.
- Malware, unauthorised access, disruption of our website or services, payment fraud, or attempts to bypass production safeguards or restrictions.
Projects involving regulated or sensitive activities, including political advertising, financial products, healthcare, or gambling, require prior review and written acceptance. We may decline them or require evidence of applicable authorisations and disclosures. Acceptance does not remove either party's legal responsibilities.
5. Compliance with laws and applicable restrictions
We require our services to be used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including intellectual-property, privacy, data-protection, consumer-protection, advertising, and AI-transparency rules.
We and our clients must comply with sanctions, trade restrictions, and export controls that legally apply to the parties or the transaction. Our services must not be used to evade those requirements or conceal the identity of a restricted customer or beneficiary.
Third-party AI and production tools may impose additional content or usage restrictions. We may decline or propose changes to requests that cannot be completed under those restrictions and will communicate relevant limitations when agreeing the project.
6. Agencies, representatives, and other third parties
If you commission work for someone else, you must have authority to do so, obtain the necessary permissions, and ensure that people acting under your instructions comply with this policy. You must communicate relevant usage restrictions to your intended recipients and must not knowingly supply deliverables for prohibited use.
Each party remains responsible for its own actions and legal obligations. Using an intermediary or subcontractor does not permit circumvention of this policy.
7. Review and enforcement
We reserve the right to review briefs, submitted materials, intended uses, and deliverables to assess compliance and investigate credible reports of misuse. We may request clarification, permission records, or changes before accepting or continuing a project.
Depending on the circumstances, we may reject a request, pause production, refuse prohibited revisions, restrict access to our services, remove content we control, or suspend or terminate a service or client relationship. We may act immediately where necessary to address unlawful activity, serious harm, or a material breach. Relevant information may be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required or permitted.
Review of a project does not guarantee detection of every issue or imply continuous monitoring of a client's activities after delivery. You may contact us to clarify a concern or request review of an enforcement decision.
8. Other terms and policy changes
This policy supplements the terms agreed for your project. Pricing, delivery, licensing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by those terms and applicable law. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights or grants ownership or usage rights beyond those expressly agreed.
We may update this policy and display the revised date on this page. Changes apply prospectively; existing project agreements may be changed only as permitted by their terms and applicable law.
9. Contact and reporting
To ask about this policy, request review of a decision, or report suspected misuse, contact support@dnarnya.com. Include a description of the issue and relevant project references or links. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information or unlawful material.
