Our full Privacy Policy explains briefs and reference photos, payments and Qonto invoices, customer accounts, delivered videos, support, reviews, service providers, retention and your data rights.
Accounts and delivery
You can begin an order without an account. To access delivered videos in your private library, create or sign in to an account and verify the checkout email. Multiple released files and later orders using that email stay together in the library.
Optional reference photos
Photos upload privately when selected, before form submission or payment, and undergo security checks. Unsubmitted photo access expires after 24 hours; order-attached reference access expires after 90 days. Expired or rejected files enter routine deletion, which may take longer if a provider is unavailable. These limits concern references, not your delivered-video library. Analytics and your choices
Google Analytics loads on the public homepage and video order page only if you accept analytics. Rejecting does not affect ordering or account access. Essential security, login and checkout storage still operates. Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of those pages to change your choice. How website analytics works.

Your order
The supplier is DNARNYA, trading as Dnarnya Entertainment, at 28 rue Hussenet, 93110 Rosny-sous-Bois, France, RCS Bobigny 987 905 080. Contact: support@dnarnya.com or +33 7 81 72 78 99. These terms apply to custom AI-assisted video orders placed through this website, together with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Choose 15 seconds for $50 USD, 30 seconds for $100 USD, 45 seconds for $150 USD, or 60 seconds for $200 USD, before applicable VAT. Each package includes one finished 1080p video made from your submitted brief in your chosen format: 9:16 portrait (1080 × 1920) or 16:9 landscape (1920 × 1080). Any additional deliverable or subtitle variant is included only as agreed for your order. This is a creative production service. Samples illustrate our work and may be shorter than the packages sold. Please specify the intended use, visual style, dialogue and music requirements in your brief.
Price and payment
Applicable VAT is added at checkout. The billing location and any eligible business tax details determine the tax treatment. Stripe shows the final total and currency before you authorize payment. If Stripe offers another currency, its displayed conversion and total apply to that choice. Payment is due in full when ordering. A saved brief or selected reference photo alone does not place an order; the order is placed when payment succeeds.
Delivery and changes
Your finished video is delivered digitally within 2–5 business days after payment and receipt of a complete brief. Business days exclude weekends and French public holidays. Any preferred date mentioned in your brief does not shorten this delivery period. If essential information is missing, we will contact you. Please provide a working email address.
Your account and video library
You do not need an account to begin checkout. To watch or download delivered files, create or sign in to a customer account and verify the same email address used for the order. We email you when a delivery is released. The library shows all released files for each order, including any agreed subtitle variants. Later deliveries and future orders using the same verified email are added without automatically replacing previous delivered files.
Delivery files are provided as MP4 video. Viewing or downloading requires internet access and a compatible current browser or media player. Keep your own downloaded copy. The expiry of an individual email link does not by itself remove a delivered video from your account library. Contact support if you cannot access your purchase.
Paid-order invoices are processed through Qonto using the billing information supplied at checkout. Contact billing@dnarnya.com for an invoice correction or billing query. Our Review Policy explains optional verified reviews and the one-time reward; leaving a review is not a condition of receiving your video or exercising legal rights.
Revisions are not included in the package price. Requested creative changes are quoted separately according to their scope and require your agreement before extra work or charges. This does not affect your rights if the service fails to match the agreed order or is defective. Contact us promptly about a delivery problem. If we cannot provide the ordered service, we will arrange the remedy or refund required by applicable law.
References and use of the video
Only submit material you have the rights and permissions to use, including the necessary consent for a real person's image or voice. Prohibited requests are governed by the Acceptable Use Policy. After payment, you may use the finished video for the personal or business purpose stated in your brief, to the extent DNARNYA can grant those rights. Third-party rights and restrictions still apply. No exclusive copyright in AI-generated elements is promised. We will not publish your private reference photos or your commissioned video as a portfolio example without your permission.
Consumer cancellation
If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from concluding the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Because delivery is within 2–5 business days, the order form asks for your express request to start the service during that period and your acknowledgment that the withdrawal right ends once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw after work has started at your express request but before completion, a proportionate amount may be due for the service already provided. Otherwise, eligible refunds are made within 14 days of your withdrawal notice using the original payment method unless another method is agreed without a fee.
Use the online withdrawal form below, or send an unambiguous notice to support@dnarnya.com or our postal address. Include your name, contact details, order reference and order date so we can identify the purchase. You may use this wording: “I withdraw from my contract for the custom video service ordered on [date], reference [reference]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” Sign only if sending a paper notice. You may contact us before ordering if you want work to start after the withdrawal period.
Legal guarantees
DNARNYA is responsible for the legal guarantees described below. To report a problem or ask us to apply a guarantee, contact support@dnarnya.com, telephone +33 7 81 72 78 99, or write to DNARNYA, 28 rue Hussenet, 93110 Rosny-sous-Bois, France. Please identify your order and describe the problem. Correcting a failure to meet the agreed order or an applicable legal guarantee is not a paid creative revision. These rights are separate from your right to withdraw from a distance contract.
Legal guarantees for digital content supplied on a one-off basis
If you purchase as a consumer, you have two years from supply of the digital content to claim under the legal guarantee of conformity when a lack of conformity appears. For a defect appearing during the first year after supply, you need only establish that the defect exists, not when it arose.
The legal guarantee of conformity includes the obligation to provide any updates necessary to maintain the conformity of the digital content.
You may require the digital content to be brought into conformity without unjustified delay after your request, free of charge and without major inconvenience.
You may obtain a price reduction while keeping the digital content, or end the contract and receive a full refund in exchange for giving up use of the digital content, if:
- We refuse to bring it into conformity;
- Bringing it into conformity is unjustifiably delayed;
- It cannot be brought into conformity without charging you;
- Bringing it into conformity causes you major inconvenience; or
- The lack of conformity persists despite an unsuccessful attempt to correct it.
If the defect is sufficiently serious, you may request an immediate price reduction or end the contract without first asking for the digital content to be brought into conformity.
For a minor defect, you may end the contract only if the contract did not require payment of a price.
Any period during which the digital content is unavailable while it is being brought into conformity suspends the remaining guarantee period until conforming content is supplied again.
These rights arise under Articles L224-25-1 to L224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code. A professional who obstructs the legal guarantee of conformity in bad faith may incur a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover under Article L242-18-1.
You also benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, exercisable within two years after discovery of the defect. This gives a right to a price reduction if you keep the digital content, or a full refund in exchange for giving it up.
When you validly exercise a right to a price reduction or end the contract under the legal guarantee of conformity, we reimburse the sums due without unjustified delay and within 14 days after you inform us of your decision. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without additional fees. Where you end the contract, you must stop using or making the affected digital content available to others. The legal rules on the return of content you provided or created when using a digital service remain unaffected.
These provisions concern the individual delivered video files and do not limit rights applicable to any continuously supplied digital service. See the statutory French information model.

These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections, legal remedies, or any right to competent courts or consumer dispute resolution. Withdraw from a video order
Submit your details and confirm that you wish to withdraw. This sends a withdrawal notice; it does not instantly process a refund.
