1. Who is responsible

DNARNYA, operating publicly as Dnarnya Entertainment, is responsible for the information described in this policy. Privacy questions can be sent to president@dnarnya.com.

2. Scaraba on iPhone

Scaraba does not require an account and does not collect or transmit personal data, advertising identifiers, analytics, gameplay records, or cross-app tracking information. Scores, settings, sound preferences, haptics preferences, and accessibility choices remain on the device.

Local records can be reset in Scaraba's Settings. Removing the app removes its locally stored data, subject to the normal behavior of the iPhone and any device backup controlled by the user.

3. This website and support requests

The website does not use advertising, analytics, marketing pixels, or cross-site tracking. Webflow hosts and delivers the site and may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser and device details, and operational logs. Cloudflare supports delivery and security and may process request information and security events. The site currently retrieves Figtree and Poppins through Google Fonts, so Google may receive technical request information needed to deliver those files.

If someone contacts Dnarnya Entertainment by email, DNARNYA receives the information that person chooses to provide, such as a name, email address, device details, and message. This information is used only to answer the request, provide support, and protect the service from abuse.

4. Legal basis, recipients, and retention

Support information is processed because it is necessary to respond to a request and for DNARNYA's legitimate interests in providing reliable player support and securing the website. Access is limited to DNARNYA and service providers needed to operate the website and communications, including Webflow for hosting, Cloudflare for delivery and security, Google Fonts for the typefaces described above, and email providers used to receive messages.

Support information is kept only for the time reasonably needed to answer and resolve the request, then deleted unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights. Some providers, including Webflow, Cloudflare, and Google, operate from or process information in countries outside the European Economic Area and describe their international-transfer safeguards in their privacy and data-processing documentation.

5. Cookies

The site does not use advertising, analytics, or marketing cookies. Cloudflare may set _cfuvid as strictly necessary technical storage for rate limiting, security, and abuse prevention. DNARNYA does not use this cookie for advertising or audience measurement. If non-essential tracking is introduced later, this policy and the site's consent controls will be updated before that tracking is enabled.

6. Privacy rights

People may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal information sent to DNARNYA by contacting president@dnarnya.com. They may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data-protection authority.
